College entrance exams

I’ve always heard about this….now I get to witness it.

Don’t honk your horn tomorrow, or you could be arrested! It is the day the high school students all across Korea take their entrance exams, and they are not taken lightly.  Planes cannot fly all morning, and most businesses and even the stock market will not open until 10 to make sure the students have complete silence during the listening portion of the test.  Here is an article to further explain the pressure these students are under….
