1. Would you believe me if you said I’m an incredibly clean person?!?!  Ok Ok, so I found this in my apart-uh last week and this is the second time I’ve found mold.  The first time was in the kitchen and it wasn’t my fault.  I think my roof was leaking or something.  Anywho, I have this dark, deserted corner in my room where I shoved my TV into when I moved in because let’s face it, Korean TV sucks unless you can speak Korean.  So I was moving some stuff around the other day and beginning to pack up my stuff (less than 3 months = me freaking out) and I saw this monster sprawling up my wall.  The top of it was above me knee….so this was a hefty beast.  I immediately texted a picture of it to my coteacher and she called the building owner.  Well he came out Saturday and ripped up my wall and floor and told me to leave the windows open!!  It’s like 3 degrees outside!  Today is day 5 and I left for school with all my windows open like I was instructed to.  Needless to say, it snowed a couple inches today…so I came home to a FREEZING room.  Mold or no mold, I gotta close the window!

    1. laurainkorea said: this happened in my Seoul apt. too.. behind the couch AND the dresser! I open the window about once a week in the cold… my co-teacher said it must be done everyday! Oh well.
